03-04-2014 - Studley's Learner to speak at Newark Regional Business Partnership Annual Real Estate Market Forecast

Studley, the leading global commercial real estate services firm specializing in tenant representation, is excited to participate in the annual event, which provides expert analysis and commentary regarding the state of the Newark market and its increasing appeal for developers and area stakeholders. Studley's chief economist, Heidi Learner, will be among this year's distinguished speakers, providing a detailed economic overview of Newark's commercial real estate industry, alongside her evaluation of what is to come in the quickly changing market. Learner will follow a panel discussion between developers and professionals within the real estate industry, who will highlight numerous Newark projects underway, as well as planned for the future. In addition, notable industry insiders, business participants, and leaders are among those expected to join. Past forums have attracted 150 - 300 attendees from a broad spectrum of industries.
