The Greater New York Chapter of IREM will hold a luncheon on February 28th at The Union League Club, 38 East 37th St. from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
The keynote speaker will be Scott Rechler, chairman & CEO of RXR Realty. A complimentary networking cocktail hour will be sponsored by CSI: Construction & Security Installations, Inc.
Cost is $85 members and $125 non-members.
IREM will also hold "Sustainable Real Estate Management," where they will discuss common sense, cost-effective solutions to sustainable real estate management.
Credit toward the Credential for Green Property Management (CGPM) will be awarded jointly by the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) and the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI). Continuing education credit will also be given for USGBC LEED Professionals.
Core training required for staff at properties receiving funding under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Market to Market (M2M) Green Initiative and Green Retrofit Program.
