I prepare comprehensive cost estimates for commercial construction projects as well as provide preliminary budget estimates during the conceptual stage of design. My future plan is to get more involved in the pre-construction phase of projects to offer value engineering and aid in the management of cost control.
How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate? Watch Sesame Street and “Story Time” with my 14 month old daughter.
