What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? I am responsible for executing sales for the properties that we list. Those responsibilities include developing the marketing plan, gathering the due diligence information for each property, organizing scheduled property showings, following up with all interested parties, answering any questions they may have about the auction and ultimately conducting the auction. It is important to be consistent through the auction process.
How do you unwind from a busy day? Spend time with family and friends, go for a run or work out at the gym.
