What do you do now and what are you planning for the future?:Now: Client and project management and strategic planning. Future: K12 education planning and community collaborate visioning
How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate: Hit the gym or work on a renovation project at the house. Since our girls have been born, there’s little time for the latter; hanging out with the family is the new project!
Favorite book or author: It’s a tie between Covey’s “7 Habits” and Gladwell’s “Outliers.” I rarely have time to read a book for entertainment cover to cover.
Favorite movie: I love historical fiction and how people overcome personal challenges, so I would have to say, “Cold Mountain.”
Last song you downloaded: I typically listen to a streaming service. The last album I streamed was Simon and Garfunkel’s Greatest Hits.

Rules to live by in business: There is no substitute for communication; pick up the phone.
If you could invite one person to dinner (living or dead) who would it be and where would you go: The original owner of the house we just purchased. It’s an 1865 Victorian that we will begin to restore soon. We would have dinner in the house and discuss how it was originally used so we can restore it appropriately.
What is your dream job: What I’m doing right now. The process of getting there has to be part of the dream.
