First job outside of real estate: When I was three, the manager of the local candy store would give me a little broom and let me sweep up. I would earn a nickel or the equivalent in candy. No benefits, but an excellent compensation package.
First job in real estate or allied field: Corporate leasing manager for the Palace Hotel, working directly for Leona Helmsley. It was an incredible education on so many levels
What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? I am director of sales at Argo Residential. We have built a roster of agents who sell to different markets with their own style. We see growth in the outer boroughs and many areas in Manhattan. There is an abundance of opportunity.
How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate? I work out daily; not with the goal of six-pack abs, but with the goal of an energized approach to my day. Then, in the evening, I seek new dining experiences all around the city... guilt free!
Favorite book or author: Mickey Spillane. One of the greats.

Rules to live by in business: Be open to new ideas. There are no stupid questions. Always be willing to ask and learn.
If you could invite one person to dinner (living or dead, but not related to you) who would it be? Mick Jagger. Businessman; Rock Star; Icon. It’s an impressive resume.
What is your dream job? It’s all about taking charge and taking responsibility. State Senator or Manager of the Yankees.
