HKS Real Estate Advisors hires Katz and Safdeye as analysts

New York, NY HKS Real Estate Advisors has hired Dean Katz and Arthur Safdeye.

Katz joined HKS as a full-time analyst. Katz initially joined the firm as an intern in 2018 and was subsequently hired upon successful completion of the firm’s internship program. Katz graduated from Tulane University’s A.B Freeman School of Business in May with a major in business management and specializations in marketing and entrepreneurship.  

Safdeye joined HKS as an underwriting analyst, assisting in the financial evaluation and modeling of deal structures throughout multiple asset classes.  He graduated from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College with a major in finance. Prior to joining HKS, Arthur previously completed internships as an underwriting analyst at Dwight Capital and at Thor Equities as a leasing analyst.
