Havens of TerraCRG arranges 3,750 s/f lease

Brooklyn, NY TerraCRG has completed a 3,750 s/f office lease at 794 Union St. in the Park Slope neighborhood. The tenant is a leading residential real estate firm. 

TerraCRG’s Chris Havens, managing director of office leasing, represented the landlord. Jeffrey Kessler & Thomas Bekhazi of Warren Lewis Sotheby’s International Realty represented the tenant. 

The newly renovated building boasts full-floor, wood-beamed ceiling spaces with both south and north exposures. The asking rent was $50 per rentable s/f. 

“We are delighted to welcome the tenant to 794 Union St.,” said Havens of TerraCRG.
