Long Island City (LIC) Partnership’s 12th Annual Real Estate Breakfast is a premiere real estate event in western Queens. For 11 years, the LIC Partnership has convened leaders in real estate, finance and the LIC community to learn about current projects underway and on the horizon in the area. A panel featuring David Brause (Brause Realty/LIC Business Improvement District), Andrew Kurd (Savanna), Tom Powell (Boyce Technologies), Olaf Schmidt (Steven Holl Architects), and Tara Sheikh (Aloft Long Island City Hotel) will discuss a mix of residential, commercial, retail, cultural and industrial developments.
