IREM NYC “In Case of Emergency” breakfast - Nov 13
On November 13th, IREM NYC will hold a breakfast at The Union League Club, 38 East 37th St. from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. The breakfast will focus on the topic of “In Case of Emergency.” There will be a roundtable discussion with Dmitri Dits, NYC DOB and representatives from the Disaster Recovery Institute (DRII). 57% of all NYC real estate management companies do not have an emergency and continuity plan in place. Learn how the city prepares and what they do in the event of an emergency, including necessary filing for emergency repairs; overview of the NYC DOB Continuity of Operations/Business Continuity Plan; discussion on the importance of proper planning and preparedness for any form of disruption; how to get your plan ready for action.
The price is $60 for members and $75 for non-members. Gentlemen, a jacket is required.
