CHIP Annual Cocktail Party

Please join CHIP's Annual Cocktail Party, presented by Prime Sponsor Chase Commercial Term Lending. The party has become one of the largest and most exciting networking events in the real estate industry. Once again, Cocktail Party will be at an architectural landmark, the multi-story Astor Hall at the main branch of the New York Public Library on Fifth Avenue.

The event has evolved from 50 attendees in a small west side bar to over 900 attendees in a premium venue last year. One long time CHIP member said that attending the party was like seeing his whole real estate career in front of him at once. Everyone he had ever worked with or partnered with, or hoped to partner with in the future was there.
