Zulic of Sabre Real Estate leases 13,000 s/f to CVS

Westhampton, NY Sabre Real Estate Group LLC has arranged a lease with CVS at the Sunset Avenue Shoppes in Westhampton Beach.
CVS Pharmacy will occupy a 13,000 s/f storefront at 87 Sunset Ave., located across from the area’s primary grocer, Best Market. CVS will anchor the 32,000 s/f retail project and plans to open this month.
“We are now leasing to restaurant, retail and medical tenants to complete the project developed by Pan Brothers Associates,” said High Street specialist, Stephanie Zulic of Sabre Real Estate Group, who represents the landlord.
