Zukofsky has extensive experience representing landlords in all phases of civil litigation including settlement negotiations, court appearances, and housing court cases. He has assisted with the settlements of several complex disputes between landlords and tenants and has advised landlords in complicated ongoing cases.
Prior to joining Heiberger, Zukofsky was a junior associate at Gutman & Mintz, P.C., in New Hyde Park, N.Y.
Zukofksy earned a bachelor's degree from Kelley School of Business at Indiana University-Bloomington and a juris doctorate from Brooklyn Law School.
