Zuckerman of Houlihan Lawrence brokers six leases

Rye Brook, NY Houlihan Lawrence Commercial, a division of Houlihan Lawrence, has closed six lease transactions totaling 10,321 s/f of commercial space. The deals were handled by associate broker Alan Zuckerman.

Cohens Fashion Optical signed a 10-year lease for 1,520 s/f at Dunning Farms, Middletown.

Eye to Eye Vision Centers signed a 10-year lease for 1,800 s/f at 555 Rte. 211E, Middletown. Zuckerman represented the tenant.

The Coder School signed a 10-year lease for 1,873 s/f at Midway Shopping Center, 969 Central Park Ave., Scarsdale.

Curalta Foot and Ankle signed a 7-year lease for 2,228 s/f at 25 Smith St., Nanuet.

Faces Skin Care Arts signed a 5-year lease for 900 s/f at 803 W Boston Post Rd., Mamaroneck.

The Dental Equation signed a 10-year lease for 2,000 s/f Mamaroneck.
