ZL Capital hosts “Cornerstone Labs Thinktank – The Due Diligence Checklist” event August 7th
New York, NY “Cornerstone Labs Thinktank–The Due Diligence Checklist” was held on August 7th at the offices of ZL Capital. The event featured insights from James Cinelli, president at Liberty Environmental, Inc.; Emily Zhu, executive director at ZL Capital; and Andrea Tsoukalas Curto and Robert Moy, partners at Forchelli Deegan Terrana, LLP. The event was moderated by Dorian Lam, executive VP and Jason Hudson, CEO of Cornerstone Land Abstract.
The discussion focused on the importance of thorough due diligence in every transaction and shared insights from different lenses across the real estate industry.
