Zimmar of Heritage secures 8,000 s/f at 2 Westchester Park Drive; Lemle of Savills Studley reps tenant
Heritage Realty Services LLC revealed the closing of a new lease with Tortoise Investment Management LLC. Tortoise has leased 8,000 s/f of space for their headquarters on the second floor of 2 Westchester Park Dr. in Westchester Park Center. George Constantin, president and CEO of Heritage, noted that the newly renovated office park has attracted a number of financial service and investment firms including Ameriprise Financial Services, Clark Dodge Asset Management, and Informa Investment solutions. "I believe that our ability to deliver on our promises is what prompted this major tenant in the market to select Westchester Park Center," said Constantin. Tortoise Investment Management LLC was previously located at 239 Central Ave., White Plains.
Peter Zimmar of Heritage Realty Services LLC represented the landlord in-house. The tenant was represented by Craig Lemle of Savills Studley.
