Zilka, Margaronis and Baio of Greiner-Maltz sublease 10,000 s/f at 33-10 Queens Blvd.
Greiner-Maltz, acting as agents for all parties, has secured FJC Security Company for a five-year, 10,000 s/f sublease of finished office space. Currently leased by United Envelope, the space is located at 33-10 Queens Blvd.
Arie Zilka of Greiner-Maltz represented FJC Security Company. George Margaronis and Decio Baio of Greiner-Maltz represented United Envelope.
