New York-based Time Equities Inc. (TEI) has purchased Lamar Crossing, a 64,800 s/f retail property, located at 2930 Lamar Ave. for $6.6 million. The property contains a 19,000 s/f lot adjacent to the Lamar Crossing shopping center, which could be developed into additional retail space. Ami Ziff and Dean Bodnar of TEI represented the buyer while Jeff Guild of Miller & Martin PLLC represented the seller, Lamar South, LLC.
