Zhou-Chan and Kontis of Harvest International arrange 15,625 s/f lease

Harvest International has brokered a 10-year lease for a 15,625 s/f warehouse with an 8,900 s/f mezzanine and a 35,000 s/f yard, a portion of the property located at 130-17 23rd Ave. "Located in the heart of the College Point Corporate Park, this site is just minutes from the expressway and features great off-street loading and outdoor storage - perfect for the tenant's operation," said Daphne Zhou-Chan, VP of Harvest International. Zhou-Chan and Theo Kontis of Harvest International represented both the landlord and tenant, One Stop Lumber & Floor Coverings, Inc.
