Zere Real Estate Services leases 4,995 s/f to Empire Nat'l. Bank

Zere Real Estate Services signed a long term lease with Empire National Bank. A strategic new site was selected in Suffolk County for an additional bank branch location that will service a large underserved market in Suffolk County. This new branch site is located at 1044 William Floyd Parkway, Shirley on the Sunrise Highway Service Rd. and the William Floyd Parkway business corridor. According to Michelle Zere, "This pivotal location was a progressive move by the newly formed bank to capture the high traffic volume, strong demographics, and the overlooked north and south shore east end markets that are the gateway to the north and south forks of Long Island, in addition to the high profile Hampton communities that all pass this site on Sunrise Highway." "The highly visible new bank site offers excellent signage on Sunrise Highway and generous parking for a 4,995 s/f bank building along with drive through window services for the bank's ever growing clientele. With Brookhaven National Labs, Calverton Enterprise Park and surrounding industrial business parks within earshot. A new commercial bank with great customer service is a homerun." said Michael Zere. Empire National Bank's corporate headquarters are located in Islandia at 1707 Veterans Memorial Hwy.
