Zere Real Estate Services has successful last quarter of 2009

The last quarter of 2009 was successful in the Suffolk County Long Island leasing department for Zere Real Estate Services despite the economic downturn. The industrial sector deals were very active, Michael Zere swiftly and personally closed on all of the following commercial real estate industry deals prior to closing out the holiday season: 11,000 s/f - Prime Auto Parts, 22 Industrial Blvd., Medford; 9,000 s/f - Intergest North America Corp., 400 Oser Ave., Hauppauge; 6,500 s/f - International Components Corp., 215 McCormick, Bohemia; 5,000 s/f - Advantage Stucco, Inc., 1915 Lakeland Ave., Ronkonkoma; 4,000 s/f - Suruj Company, Inc., 1574 Lakeland Ave., Bohemia; 3,500 s/f - Spagz Distribution, Inc.,1850 Pond Rd., Ronkonkoma; 2,000 s/f - Luminaire Electric, Inc. 130 Knickerbocker Ave., Bohemia; 2,000 s/f - Dejay Litho, Inc., 260 Knickerbocker Ave., Bohemia; 2,000 s/f - Comfort Tile & Design Corp. 130 Knickerbocker Ave., Bohemia. On the office leasing side which was a bit slower in size and quantity Michael also closed on the following deals: 1,800 s/f - Techpack America, Inc., 190 Motor Pkwy., Hauppauge; 1,500 s/f - John Titillo Insurance, 990 South Second St., Ronkonkoma; 1,500 s/f - Synergy 3 Corp., 1650 Sycamore Ave., Bohemia; 1,600 s/f - Waterford Investor Services, 732 Smithtown By Pass, Smithtown; and 1,000 s/f - National Debt Settlement USA, 1650 Sycamore Avenue, Bohemia.
