Zere Real Estate Services completes two leases totaling 9,000 s/f

Michael Zere and Michelle Zere of Zere Real Estate Services has leased 111 Gary Way. The brother and sister broker team and business partners completed the deal from start to finish direct with an educational publishing house, Linus Publications from Deer Park, N.Y. and Switzerland. The new tenant took the entire 5,000 s/f free standing building as their corporate headquarters and book distribution center. "The building was an ideal fit because of the easy access to transportation arteries such as the Long Island Expressway, Sunrise Highway, LIRR to NYC and MacArthur Airport," said Michael Zere, executive vice president. " The class A corporate look and condition of the building was appealing to our customer on an industrial street. The building is in mint condition in both the interior and exterior of the premises. We were delighted to deliver the right tenant to the owner to maximize the property to its fullest potential with plans in the near future to purchase the building," said Michelle Marie Zere, executive vice president. In another transaction, Kevin Welsh, of Zere Real Estate Services leased 4,000 s/f in Deer Park, to East Coast Refrigeration. "We have been there with them as they have grown over the last six years and have relocated them to larger spaces as their needs have grown. In this sluggish economy, East Coast Refrigeration continues to thrive. In fact, at their new location they hope to hire about ten new employees to provide quality service for all industries from commercial to industrial," said Welsh.
