"In this market, you have to put the hours in and advise your customers where the best deals are and what are realistic expectations from a commercial landlord during the course of a lease term. Businesses still need to operate their companies even if it means cutbacks and transition operations to offset the rising costs across the board to run a company today on Long Island...the wheels keep turning with aggressive business owners willing to ride out the economic storm."
