Zere one of lead guest speakers at CIBS January 14 roundtable - "Closing Deals in Challenging Economic Times"

Marie Zere, president & CEO Zere Real Estate Services in addition to being a past CIBS president was one of the lead speakers recently for the CIBS educational roundtable discussion "Closing Deals in Challenging Economic Times."  This forum was created and put together by David Chinitz, Park Place Realty to inform and help CIBS members hear from the seasoned veterans of the commercial real estate industry on Long Island. Zere rarely speaks at forums such as these, always just concentrating on her client's needs. She has been in the business over 35 years and has weathered many an economic storm. Her opening remarks to the event's attendees was "This is my fifth recession, if I can do it so can you." No nonsense business tips for dealing with complicated client specific problems in the current marketplace were discussed and helpful suggestions were given to the broker attendees to utilize in their present business dealings.
