Zere of Zere Real Estate Services sells class A office building for $4.2 million

Islandia, NY Marie Zere, president and CEO of Zere Real Estate Services, sold 1050 Old Nichols Rd. The sale price was $4.2 million. The building is a 14,030 s/f class A commercial office building situated on 1.4 acres off the Long Island Expressway (LIE) Exit 59 Service Rd. Built in 2012, the two-story elevator commercial office building features a security system, solar rooftop, energy efficient, ThinkLite Driverless LEDs, sprinkler system,   2,700 s/f basement for storage, and  public transportation bus route.

This high tech luxury office building also had extravagant award winning design finishes such as granite floors, custom woodworking, wallcoverings and built in furnishings

As one of the owners of the property Zere sold the building on behalf of her partners directly with no other brokerage firm involved  during the COVID 19 Pandemic. 

“The building closed quickly at $4.2 million,” said Zere.

She created a no nonsense marketing plan with tremendous outreach that attracted a highly qualified buyer after only four months on the market. An established medical group out of Manhattan stepped forward to purchase the building making it smooth quick transition for everyone.
