Bohemia, NY Michael Zere, executive vice president, Zere Real Estate Services has leased 10,500 s/f of industrial space at  2180 Fifth Ave. for K-Pak Inc. a paper distribution company.

“They chose this location along the MacArthur Airport Business Corridor because of the close accessibility to major roadways such as the Long Island Expressway with three Exits along Veterans Memorial Highway and Sunrise Highway for heavy truck distribution,” said Zere.

Zere exclusively represented the tenant and the landlord, O’Shea Properties in this deal.
