Zere of Zere Real Estate Services leases 10,000 s/f industrial

Calverton, NY The Glass Source, Inc. has leased 10,000 s/f of industrial space out east within the gates of The Calverton Enterprise Park, 325 Burman Blvd, Calverton. Michael Zere, executive vice president, Zere Real Estate Services was the exclusive broker on this deal.

“This industrial site was ideal for our customer based on loading conditions, two interior operating cranes,  high ceiling height, timing, and availability for their manufacturing and distribution company.  They signed a long-term lease knowing they could be accommodated for future growth potential for their company.  It was our pleasure to work with them for a seamless lease transaction at this unique business location. ” said Zere.

Zere Real Estate Services represented exclusively both the tenant and the landlord in this lease transaction.
