Ronkonkoma, NY Michelle Marie Zere, executive vice president of Zere Real Estate Services hosted a LIMBA meeting with New York State senator Tom Croci as the special guest speaker. The morning event occurred on Friday, October 16th in the ballroom of the Clarion Hotel on the MacArthur Airport Business Corridor,Veterans Memorial Hwy.

When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
