Zere of Zere Real Estate Services hosts LIHBC fundraiser

Copiague, NY David Zere of Zere Real Estate Services hosted a fundraiser event for Long Island Home Builders Care, Inc. (LIHBC) at Bruce Payne Title Insurance Cos.’ offices. The LIHBC benefits educational scholarships for Long Island Builders Institute (LIBI) members. Zere not only packed the place by rallying the troops with donations from a variety of builders and building industry suppliers but he cooked the delicious food for all of the attendees himself.

When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
