Zere of Zere Real Estate completes leases totaling 86,000 s/f

The month of November has drawn to a close and Michael Zere, vice president of Zere Real Estate Services has wrapped up deals with a bow before the holidays with 86,000 plus s/f of commercial leasing transactions completed. "Despite the doom & gloom media blitz there is a tremendous amount of business out there with limited product to offer. Customers are often competing against each other to secure the same properties." said Zere. November transactions were plentiful. Industrial Properties include: 45,000 s/f for Island International, Hauppauge; 10,000 s/f for Alita Tile, Ronkonkoma; 6,000 s/f for Trinity Technologies, Bohemia; 5,600 s/f for Green Building Materials, Medford; 4,000 s/f for Premier Bathrooms, Ronkonkoma; 3,500 s/f for Bethal Electrical, Holbrook. Office Leasing includes: 3,500 s/f for Telecore Direct, Smithtown; 2,500 s/f for Wall Construction, Ronkonkoma; 1,500 s/f for Kemp Technologies, Medford; 1,200 s/f for Secure Title, Bohemia; 1,200 s/f for Coast to Coast Insurance, Bohemia; and 2,000 s/f for Mystical Elements, W. Babylon.
