Riverhead, NY Michelle Marie Zere, executive vice president of Zere Real Estate Services sold a fully tenanted, 9,800 s/f industrial building. This investment property is on 5.18 acres located at 82 Columbus Ave.  The national tenant occupying the industrial property is Frito Lay Rolling Sales, Inc.

Zere exclusively represented the buyer and the seller, Tameshasyl Realty LLC, in this investment transaction.

The site sold for $965,000.
