Michelle Zere, vice president of Zere Real Estate Services closed on a Suffolk County building at 1698 Roosevelt Ave., Veterans Memorial Hwy. business corridor. The .51 acre property with a 2,800 s/f free standing commercial building closed at Bridgehampton National Bank, Center Moriches as a short sale for $389,000. Zere represented the seller and buyer in the transaction. Zere said, "The buyers got a great deal and a large plot of land in a tight market for free standing buildings in the area. Although it is on a side street off the main business corridor the potential signage, accessibility and strong demographics make it a "win win" to be a newly renovated for a class A type professional building on a class B industrial street. " The site will be the future new home of Mazzara & Small, P.C. Law Firm specializing in family law and personal injury.
