Zelnik & Co. appointed excl. agent for space at 130 West 42nd St.

Zelnik & Co. has been awarded the exclusive retail leasing agency at 130 West 42nd St., a landmark building located at the crossroads of Bryant Park and Times Square. Owned by American Properties Inc., the prewar office property offers retail space in corridor of 42nd St. between Sixth Ave. and Broadway. Cory Zelnik will oversee this leasing assignment on behalf of the ownership. The 30-story office building offers 3,100 s/f of prime, ground floor retail space, as well as 5,000 s/f of lower level selling space. Zelnik & Co. is a prominent New York City-based real estate firm founded by retail powerhouse executive, Cory Zelnik. The company provides comprehensive retail brokerage services throughout the Tri-State area.
