Zelmik joins Prudential Rand as associate broker

Geoffrey Zelnik has joined Prudential Rand Commercial Services as an associate broker. "Geoffrey is a rare find," said Paul Adler, senior managing director of Prudential Rand. "He is a competent, experienced commercial agent who knows his territory inside and out. He has great resources, a vast understanding of the market and is a professional advocate committed to customer satisfaction. We are excited to have him on our commercial team." Zelnik has 20 years of experience as a landlord's agent and property manager, and has been a licensed N.Y. real estate salesperson for eight years. Prior to joining Prudential Rand, Zelnik was an associate broker with Murray Hill Properties. He has a bachelor's degree in Journalism from The School of Communication at American University in Washington, D.C., and a master's of Business Administration in Marketing from Manhattan College in Riverdale.
