Zeller of C&W leases a total of 7,847 s/f at W&H's 112 West 34th St.

Three travel-related firms have signed a total of 7,847 s/f leases for pre-built units in W&H Properties' 112 West 34th St., according to Barry Zeller, executive director of Cushman & Wakefield, the building's managing and leasing agent. Northwest Airlines leased the property's first pre-built office unit (3,102 s/f) on the 21st floor. Aeromexico leased its 1,524 s/f pre-built unit on the 11th floor prior to construction. ShermansTravel Media, which already occupies 8,000 s/f on the 21st floor, is leasing an additional 3,221 s/f pre-built suite. Barry Goodman of Newmark Knight Frank represented Northwest, Hunter Kass of CBRE represented Aeromexico and landlord representatives Zeller and Audrey Coe, the leasing director of 112 West 34th St., coordinated ShermansTravel's expansion.
