Zelinger of Savitt leases 1,924 s/f to R.F. Stuart Real Estate

R.F. Stuart Real Estate has committed to a 1,924 s/f lease at 192 Lexington Ave. The firm is relocating its operations from 444 Park Ave. South. Elliot Zelinger of Savitt Partners represented R.F. Stuart Real Estate in the long-term lease, while Bruce Weinberg of Cassidy Turley represented building ownership Commercial Real Estate Services (CRES) Inc. "It was very important for R.F. Stuart to remain in the same highly desirable neighborhood of Manhattan," said Zelinger. "The property at 192 Lexington Ave. offered the right combination of size, location and building amenities." This building will serve as R.F. Stuart's principal office, in addition to a location in Queens. R.F. Stuart Real Estate has been successfully managing Manhattan co-op and condominium buildings since 1988. The firm offers personal service to its Boards and residents, coupled with sophisticated financial reporting. Their management portfolio currently consists of 31 buildings around New York City. Originally built in 1926, 192 Lexington Avenue was recently renovated and tenants currently enjoy the security of a doorman, concierge and on-site management.
