Zar Property NY leases 5,200 s/f fourth floor space to Daily Mail; Addeo of Cresa Partners represents the tenant

Zar Property recently signed a four-year lease with Daily Mail/Associated Newspapers, at 42-44 Greene St., SoHo. The owner of the property is Zar Property NY, consisting of Dario Zar, Simon Zar, and David Zar. The 5,200 s/f lease is situated on the entire fourth floor. Jamie Addeo of Cresa Partners represented the tenant. Zar Property represented itself. "The timing was perfect due to one of our upscale tenants vacating only 30 days prior allowing us to offer the space in move-in condition. The lobby was recently renovated and fit the high standards of the tenant, said David Zar.
