Zar Property leases 43,000 s/f at 349 Fifth Avenue

WE WORK NYC signed a 15-year lease and will occupy the entire commercial portion of 349 Fifth Ave. (a total of 43,000 s/f on floors three to eight.) WE WORK NYC will run the entire space as executive office suites, conference rooms, and virtual offices and will have a dedicated lobby on 34th St. Dario Zar, Simon Zar and David Zar of Zar Property NY purchased the 64,000 s/f corner building early 2010 from JPMorgan Chase, who vacated the upper floors and leased back the retail branch for 20 years.
