Zar of Zar Property NY brokers two leases in SoHo totaling 10,900 s/f
Zar Property NY has completed two leases totaling 10,900 s/f at two of their properties in SoHo. The deals include:
* A 10-year, 5,150 s/f lease of a full floor loft at 42-44 Greene St. Elizabeth Juviler of Tungsten Properties represented the tenant, Tender Creative LLC, and David Zar of Zar Property NY in-house represented the landlord.
* A 10-year, 5,750 s/f lease of a full floor loft at 64-68 Wooster St. James O'Reilly of Tungsten Properties represented the tenant, Bikini Editorial LLC, and Zar in-house represented the landlord.
