Zahler of Two Trees Management leases 2,442 s/f to Alo Yoga

Brooklyn, NY Alo Yoga, a fashion and lifestyle brand, signed a 10-year, 2,442 s/f lease at 76 Front St. in DUMBO with Two Trees Management. This new storefront will bring its focus on mindful movement and luxury lifestyle to the waterfront neighborhood.

The lease was negotiated with an asking rent of $150 per s/f. Alo was represented by Alexandra Tennenbaum, senior managing director, and Benjamin Birnbaum, vice chairman of Newmark, while Two Trees Management was represented in-house by Alyssa Zahler, managing director of commercial leasing.

“Alo Yoga coming to 76 Front St. is a strong addition to one of the most dynamic, high-traffic corners in Brooklyn. We look forward to welcoming a national, high-end athleisure brand like Alo to the neighborhood, further enhancing DUMBO’s appeal to both residents, office workers, and tourists alike,” said Zahler. “Alo joins a growing roster of recent new leases in the area, including Henrybuilt and Aveda Arts, as Two Trees continues to cultivate a unique mix of retail offerings within the vibrant neighborhood. For companies interested in locating near Alo, we’ve recently brought the corner space at 81 Front St. to market, offering an exciting opportunity to join DUMBO’s thriving retail landscape.”

Located on the most photographed street in New York City, 76 Front St. has high ceilings and large windows. Positioned at the corner of Washington St,, the store benefits from immediate exposure to DUMBO’s high-traffic retail corridor, which attracts over 70,000 monthly visitors. The surrounding area features a curated mix of high-end design, food, and fashion retailers, reinforcing DUMBO’s reputation as a premier destination for luxury and wellness-focused shopping.
