Itzhaki Properties has completed the $495,000 sale of 509 Chauncey St. The three-story vacant property was built near the turn of the 20th century. The six-family shell consists of 5,460 s/f and is 28' x 100'. Shay Zach managing partner, and Ami Efrati of Itzhaki represented both the buyer and the seller and this deal was placed under contract by Zach in less then five days. Future plans for the property include renovations for rental purposes.
