Zach and Edelkopf of EPIC handle $11.25 million sale of 801 & 819 Wyckoff Avenue to The Loketch Group

Queens, NY EPIC Commercial Realty arranged the sale of a full block front mixed-use development site at 801 & 819 Wyckoff Ave. 801 & 819 Wyckoff Ave. are located in Ridgewood. The site is block-through with exposure on both, Putnam Ave. and Cornelia St. The properties currently consist of two adjacent vacant commercial buildings with 43,000 s/f of mixed-use retail/residential development rights. The site offers over 200 ft. of frontage on Wyckoff Ave. The property has been sold to active developers, The Loketch Group. The Loketch Group is planning on utilizing 42,971 s/f to develop a five-story building with 54 units that average 795 s/f each. 29 of the units will be duplexes. There will also be a 1,000 s/f recreation space on the fifth floor, as well as a 420 s/f roof deck. It will also include a parking lot with 27 spaces. The architectural and design components of the project will be helmed by JFA. Senior associate broker, Shay Zach and CEO of EPIC, Yona Edelkopf, sold 801 & 819 Wyckoff Ave. for $11.25 million.
