Zeynep Ekemen, managing principal at Z Realty Group completed the long-term lease on behalf of the landlord. Sam Bernhaut, vice president at CBRE represented the tenant in the transaction.

The site is located just one block from Route 4 and has excellent access and visibility. The store is slated to open early 2015.
