Z Realty Group brokers 3,300 s/f lease for 7-eleven

Z Realty Group has placed 7-Eleven, Inc. in River Edge. 7- Eleven filled a 3,300 s/f end-cap space in a strip center that is strategically placed at the intersection of Kinderkamack Rd. and Main St. Zeynep Ekemen, managing principal at Z Realty Group completed the long-term lease on behalf of the landlord. Sam Bernhaut, vice president at CBRE represented the tenant in the transaction. 7-Eleven, Inc. is the premier name and largest chain in the convenience retailing industry. Based in Dallas, Texas, 7-Eleven operates, franchises or licenses more than 10,300 7-Eleven stores in North America. Globally, there are some 53,500 7-Eleven stores in 16 countries. During 2013, 7-Eleven stores generated total worldwide sales close to $84.5 billion. Business publications like Forbes and Entrepreneur rank 7-Eleven among the top franchise opportunities. The site is located just one block from Route 4 and has excellent access and visibility. The store is slated to open early 2015.
