York of Arbor Commercial Mortgage, LLC originates $8.85 million
According to Arbor Commercial Funding, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Arbor Commercial Mortgage, LLC, Stephen York, director, has originated the recent funding of an $8.85 million loan under the Fannie Mae DUS Small Loan product line.
Reve Apartments, a 34-unit complex received $8.85 million funded under the Fannie Mae DUS Loan product line. The 10-year loan amortizes on a 30-year schedule.
