Yao of Buchbinder & Warren leases 500 s/f
Annie Yao of Buchbinder & Warren Realty Group, LLC represented the tenant, Callicoon Fine Arts, in a 500 s/f retail lease at 124 Forsyth St. The landlord, Garlyle Realty Corp., was in-house represented by Edmund Yee. This is Callicoon Fine Arts' first location in the city, with a current location in Westchester.
