Yaghoubi of City Prime completes $3 million sale of North Bronx five-story walk-up
Eli Yaghoubi, a principal at City Prime Realty, has brokered the off-market sale of 364 East 209th St. The property sold for $3 million. The property is located on the corner of East 209th St. and Decatur Ave.
The five-story, walk-up corner building, containing 26 apartments, was sold at an 8.2 x rent roll posing great upside potential to the buyer. The property features new windows, roof, boiler and electric. It is close to public transportation.
The purchaser was Nathan Blatter, president at Whitestone Realty Group Inc.
