Yaffe of Triangle Properties brokers three leases totaling 17,200 s/f; Dana of Major Properties and Schacker of United Realty assist
Rick Yaffe of Triangle Properties has brokered several recent leasing transactions totaling 17,200 s/f:
Monster Mini Golf has leased 12,600 s/f at 410 Commack Rd. This building provides one of the first Long Island locations for this Rhode Island-based franchise, with over 20 locations throughout the country. The facility includes an 18-hole, glow-in-the-dark, monster themed miniature golf course, party rooms, and an arcade. Tom Dana of Major Properties represented the tenant.
Also at 410 Commack Rd., Bridgehampton National Bank has leased 3,000 s/f. This location will be the westernmost branch of this Suffolk County-based bank. Bridgehampton National Bank recently celebrated its centennial. Providing deposit and loan products and financial services to local businesses, consumers, and municipalities, the bank also supports programs and initiatives that promote local business, the environment, education, healthcare, and the arts. Gary Schacker of United Realty represented the tenant.
16 Handles, the eco-friendly self-serve frozen yogurt franchise, has opened one of its first Long Island stores at Jericho Shopping Plaza, 22 Jericho Tpke. Amidst a colorful and festive atmosphere, guests select from an array of 16 non-fat or low-fat flavors always "on tap," and help themselves to endless toppings such as candies, crushed cookies, cereals and fresh fruit. Yaffe handled this 1,600 s/f transaction.
"We're thrilled to add these tenants to our roster," said Yaffe, adding "and we believe that they will be embraced by the community for many, many years."
