WS Development and Stuyvesant Plaza, Inc. complete partnership on 240,000 s/f Stuyvesant Plaza

Albany, NY WS Development, aMassachusetts-based, mixed-use developer, alongside legacy owner, Stuyvesant Plaza, Inc., completed a partnership on the future of Stuyvesant Plaza in Albany, New York. The 240,000 s/f shopping plaza at the base of the Adirondack Northway currently hosts more than 60 locally-owned shops and national brands alike, providing the community with a variety of compelling retail, service and dining options. 

Stuyvesant Plaza, Inc., has owned Stuyvesant Plaza since its opening in 1959. WS Development will look to create new and unique opportunities for customers to engage with Stuyvesant Plaza.

Stuyvesant Plaza, Inc., will retain ownership and management of Executive Park, the office park adjacent to Stuyvesant Plaza.
