Wright joins Avison Young as principal and director of land development services

Morristown, NJ Avison Young appointed Adam Wright as principal and director, land development services to provide clients with end-to-end development solutions across the northeast region and nationally. His diversified background includes more than 20 years of experience in architecture, entitlements, ground-up development and construction management. The land development services team also includes Brian Veneri, senior lead and Chris Megnin, senior project manager.

Wright, Veneri and Megnin join Avison Young from Wonder, a food technology start-up. At Wonder they led real estate expansion strategy and managed construction for last mile vehicle hubs, cold storage distribution warehouses and food production facilities. The team’s diverse experience includes delivering land development projects in the Northeast and managing national, turn-key, portfolio solutions. Some of their notable ground-up construction projects include a 150,000s/f office campus in El Paso, TX for the global human resources management company, ADP; a 470,000 s/f manufacturing facility in Piscataway, NJ and a 100,000 s/f self-storage facility in Yaphank, NY.
