Woodbrey named director of sales for The Laurel, 400 E. 67th St.

Jeannie Woodbrey has been named director of sales for The Laurel, the 31-story luxury condominium located at 400 E. 67th St., being developed by Alexico Group's Izak Senbahar and Simon Elias. During her 20-plus years in the real estate industry, Woodbrey has been involved in all aspects of pre-development, marketing and sales of countless Manhattan properties. Since joining The Sunshine Group, Ltd. 18 years ago, Jeannie has accounted for more than $2 billion in sales. Sunshine is the exclusive marketing and sales agent for The Laurel. Most recently Woodbrey served as director of sales for 101 Warren, the TriBeCa condominium which sold 98% in one year's time for nearly $650 million.
